The Tucson office is currently looking for an Estimator at either a mid or senior level.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in generating, checking, reporting and analyzing data to ensure accuracy.
· Maintains orderly records to provide audit trail data.
· Support the development of the project baseline and determine resultant impacts of changes as well as recommend workarounds to mitigate the same on a proactive basis.
· Will interface with other disciplines, functional leads, interact with client/sub-contractor personnel for collation of data.
· Assist in re-forcasts, trend management and establishment of change order requests.
· Rigorous implementation of work processes and procedures, early trending and analysis rather than simple reporting will be critical to success in this position.
Skills / Requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 5+ years experience with cost estimating.
· Must know PRISM Project Management software suite.
· Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication.
· Ability to communicate ideas and concepts.
· Ability to persuade and influence others as needed, explaining why things are done the way they are within a broader organizational context is preferred.
· Ability to independently establish work tasks in order to successfully meet expectation.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required. |
