We have an open position as a: Project Manager

We are looking for candidates with the commitment and attitude to meet and exceed our clients’ requirements.

Work Tasks & responsibilitys:
• The position involves daily follow-up of project / project personnel
• Responsible for follow-up status of project work towards Line Manager, for further reporting to Customer
• Responsible for reporting any deviations from current laws, procedures, guidelines, agreements, etc. to Supervisors or Department Manager
• Responsible for budget and cost surveillance related to own projects
• Follow-up invoicing related to own project is carried out in a timely manner 
• Responsible to ensure that own projects are within delivery schedule, and if establish recovery plans to accommodate final delivery.
• Project Manager is responsible for planning with regards to work packages within own responsibility area
• Daily duties will involve project management of a number of small projects and establishing good customer relationships.
• Follow-up of RUH and NCR for own projects
• Follow-up reports from Project in SAP

• Establish Project, and Project teams
• Update data related to: “PEM” -  Project Execution Module. and Project Surveillance SAP.
• In this role you will work in close co-operation with other department to ensure that that we are continually delivering optimal technical solutions to our customers

Education and Experience:
• Relevant college/university education within Engineering / Electronic / Mechanical or Management.
• Good English language skills - written and oral - are essential.
• Good presentation and communication skills are also essential.
• A positive attitude and a pro-active approach to providing a “best in class” service to our customers.
