We have the following vacancy in our Lifecycle Engineering department:

Control System Engineer

The role:

• Detail engineering of upgrades and modifications for rigs in operation
• Participate in case study projects.
• Participate in surveys, client meetings and commissioning
• Participate in planning and follow up plan in cooperation with project manager
• Technical support to the organisation

Qualifications:

• Technical education BSc (Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education)
• Experience with Aker MH equipment
• Design skills within electrics, instrumentation, control software or HMI
•  ‘On site’ rig experience desirable
• English skills (oral and written)

• Keen to learn and share new skills
• Highly motivated and customer focused
• Focus on quality, cost and timely delivery
• Comprehend the value of high quality documentation
