Integration Engineer
Job Description
Description:
-To work with the integration Team in supporting development of new technologies.
-Focus of team is on expanding the family of new power discrete products including Trench MOSFETs and other new technologies such as advanced Shottky.
-This person will be given ownership for specific integration projects.
-Responsibilities will include process integration, process/device modeling, parametric characterization, and associated specifications and documentation for new technologies/products.
-Will often work in a team environment with other in Technology Development including Process Development and Device Modeling.
-This person will also work closely with Device Engineering, Process Engineering, and Production to release production-worthy technologies.
Job Requirements & Education
Experience:
-Good understanding or semiconductor device physics, parametric measurement, and characterization.
-Knowledge of statistics and design experiments.
-Thorough understanding of silicon unit processes and their interaction with each other.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Hands on experience in semiconductor industry is required, Power MOSFET experience preferred.
-Directly related engineering experience
-Senior Level 3-5 years; Staff 5-8 years
Education:
PhD. degree in Electrical Eng. or Semiconductor Physics.
