System Integration Project Manger for consumated acquisitions and for future acquisitions. Responsibilities include: Execution of the conversion timeline; Special attention to critical path items and milestone deliverables- raising issues to Integration Management Team; Coordination with Commercial Servicing Manager to ensure new staff is brought in and is trained in advance of portfolio transfer; Review and analysis of transferring Portfolio; Review of initial data integrity issues; Manage the conversion activities; Support client communication; This position will also need to back up servicing FVP role and potentially manage the servicing of the C&I portfolo. Thus, the person must have a full knowledge of the servicing role and be able to manage people. Responsibilities include loan boarding, loan administration, default management, short sales process, tracking the foreclosure process, REO administration and reporting. |
| Requirements |
Leadership experience in managing and executing a CRE conversion
Solid knowledge and experience in all aspects of loan servicing management
Hands on experience in data integrity validation and QC of conversion.
Experience in managing and coordinating the conversion timeline
Ability to identify risks associated with the conversion timeline and manage to milestones
Proven teambuilding, communication and time management skills are critical. |
