| Description |
• Manage the branch P&L to ensure profitable lending and deposit growth
• Work with the residential Lending Officers in the branch to generate profitable lending activity
• Create and maintain a motivational sales and service environment in which employees fully understand the importance of a sales and service culture and are accountable for results
• Conduct sales and service meetings, maintaining visuals that reflect goals and goal achievement and for ensuring that operational training and compliance meetings are held as needed
• Recruit, select, hire, train and evaluate professional staff dedicated to providing regulatory compliance and loss prevention
• Participate in certain productive community activities and make outside sales calls in order to generate new business and maintain productive customer relationships
• Ensure that audit/compliance procedures of the bank are followed, while maintaining the highest level of customer service
• Periodically communicate with upper management to review branch performance assessments and update staff on business developments

| Requirements |
Minimum Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
• 10+ years experience in a branch environment, with a minimum of 5 years managing as a Branch Manager or in Financial Services in a management capacity, and history of career progression with increasing scope of responsibilities
• Experienced in managing teams of 5 or more employees, with demonstrated capacity to identify/assess talent, and effectively managing talent up or out
• Proven track record in relationship management of all of the following: clients, referrals and team members
• Proven track record of providing best in class service
