Working within a dynamic fast paced environment, the successful applicant will be responsible for promoting and selling BAC products to customers wishing to activate their credit cards.
The role:
• Promote Bank of America’s insurance products, services and benefits to customers ensuring maximum revenue and account usage is achieved
• Handle calls from new and existing customers wishing to activate their credit card
• Display a winning attitude to ensure individual, team and department sales targets are reached
• Ensure attention to detail on accounts is kept up to date in line with FSA regulations and the Data Protection Act.
