Job Description CUSTOMER IMPACT STATEMENT

This position will be responsible to drive and support the technical aspects of Quality and Change Delivery (including Six Sigma) for International Card Services, as well as support the development and execution of the Q&CD objectives to achieve short and long term strategic goals.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Direct accountability to identify opportunities, design and implement Business Improvement & Six Sigma activities to achieve break-through Hoshin goals, with focus on improved customer experience as well as increased productivity and effectiveness.
2. Directly accountable for providing technical and change leadership and driving large scale process improvement initiatives to achieve measurable productivity results that translate to financial benefits.
3. Fully dedicated to the deployment of Quality and Change Delivery capabilities (Six Sigma, Change Adoption, Innovation and Business Process Management) across the Line Of Business in the UK, Spain and Ireland.
4. Influences peers and Executives across organizational lines to take action on strategic initiatives or process changes. Accountable for identifying best practices, using management by fact methodologies and utilizing Six Sigma tools in data analysis and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified requested
• Strong credibility and influencing skills at a senior level
• Strong bias for action and drive for results – ability to delivery against
challenging set objectives
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivery
presentations, Q&CD training and developing complex proposal documentation
• Ability to coach and mentor Green & Black Belts
• Experienced change leader with strong facilitation skills
• Exposure in working in heavily matrixed / cross functional environment.

Preferred:
• Lean certification
• Design for Six Sigma
• Knowledge and experience with JMP or Minitab software and MS Office
applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio.
• Financial Services/transactional/sales & marketing background preferred
