Requisition Number 10-0327 Date Posted 07/27/2010 Title TBS Worker Program/Department/Division Northeast Division City Palm Springs County San Bernardino Total # of Hours Per Week up to 40.0 hrs per diem Description Provide behavioral interventions for consumers under the direct supervision of the Program Director or his/her designee. Behavioral interventions may include but are not limited to: immediate behavioral reinforcements, positive reinforcement, time-out strategies, time structuring activities, and cognitive behavioral approaches. Provide systems oriented interventions for consumer’s family, foster family, or support system under the direct supervision of the Program Director or his/her designee. Systems intervention may include collaboration with other members of the mental health treatment team, assisting in establishment of effective familial boundaries, assisting in linkage to community oriented services. Models Pacific Clinics’ approach, mission and core values in all communication and correspondence. Promotes an environment that is strengths-based and family-centered. Participate in all child/family team meetings. Provide direct clinical case management interventions. Works closely with case managers and clinicians to facilitate implementation of the child/family treatment plan. Interface effectively with Clinics’ employees, consumers and other agencies. Availability in crisis situations. Crisis on call duty (pager accessible). Requirements BA, BS or related experience working with SED children and families. Must demonstrate ability to work as a multidisciplinary team. Valid CA driver license and insurability on the Clinics' auto-liability insurance policy. Bilingual and Spanish preferred.
