| Requirements |
To be successful in this role you’ll need… - A passion for delivering quality throughout all areas of store operations - Proven relevant experience demonstrating a consistent and sustained ability to deliver annual sales and EBIT targets - Previous experience of running a store with a turnover of 1.5 million plus - To be a proven operational leader with a strong and consistent ability to achieve business results through effective management of a large team - Proven and sustained ability to deliver annual cost targets inline with budgets - Proven ability to analyse and summarise a volume of information and develop into key measurable actions - The ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively manage and prioritise on a short, medium and long term basis - A strong ability to coach, develop and motivate individual team members to drive performance and deliver results in line with our culture and values - To be an effective talent manager with a proven track record in people development and succession planning - To be customer focused with an exceptional record of delivering quality customer service - To be an effective communicator with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships. Due to the nature of this role there will be extensive travel within the UK and therefore a full, clean driving licence is essential.
