We’re looking for a Retail Associate to work as part of a team to deliver total satisfaction to our customers. You’ll have a passion for helping people and providing the best possible service you can. You’ll make sure our customers are welcomed into the store whilst caring for them every step along the way whether that be taking them through their initial examination or choosing the frames that best suits their requirements. We want you to make our customers smile and leave the store feeling delighted with the service they have received.
If you haven’t already guessed our Retail Associates are all about the people. Our customers have come to expect the very best in terms of service and quality and so you’ll be there to help exceed their expectations.
You’ll have a personal training programme and we’ll provide you with support to achieve whatever you want your next step to be.

| Requirements |
Ideally you’ll:
• Be educated to GCSE grade C and above including English and Maths
• Have basic IT skills
• Have previous retail and customer service experience
• Have effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Have previous experience in optics
You’ll need to demonstrate good attention to detail along with good customer service. Team work also forms a big part of our culture so the ability to work well with other people is essential. You’ll also need to be enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn.
