Senior Manager Heating Sales & Service

The Senior Manager Heating Sales & Service will be responsible for the development of our Heating Sales & Service Strategy and will support our New England and Eastern Canadian Operations in its execution.
Specifically, you will be responsible to:
Manage all heating sales & service processes throughout the customer interaction cycle from initial customer contact, sales and service through to invoicing and billing
Recommend and implement key drivers and strategies which will improve efficiencies and profitability of our heating service portfolio
Understand all heating equipment product lines and look for opportunities to streamline and upgrade our offering
Analyze customer survey data and our offering to ensure we have a competitive advantage
Understand and analyze weekly, monthly and yearly heating statements and recommend/implement reports for analyzing heating service profitability
Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization on heating sales & service strategy
Grow our existing service customer base by providing excellence in customer service
Understand current trends in the industry and develop strategies to increase profitability and leverage strengths while mitigating any potential risks
Represent company at appropriate industry associations and committees
The critical success factors for this role include:
Post secondary education and/or equivalent experience in a service environment
Minimum 8 -10 years experience in operations or heating service industry
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written along with presentation skills
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with the ability to influence
Proven leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
Innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial with a strong customer focus
Exceptional analytical and project management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Frequent travel throughout New England and Eastern Canada will be required
