Job Title: Commercial Account Acquisition Representative

The Commercial Account Acquisition Representative position is a field sales role based out of our Edmunston office and is responsible for Northern New Brunswick.  The primary responsibilities of this role are to acquire new Commercial accounts as well as:

 

  • Develop an understanding of an assigned territory that includes opportunities for growth, product penetration, and threats from competitors and alternative fuels
  • Develop a presence in the territory by representing the company in business and community events
  • Develop a strong internal referral network that includes drivers, installers, and other Irving professionals
  • Develop a strong external referral network through participation in business events such as trade shows, professional associations, and community events
  • Prospect for new customers by utilizing target account lists, customer referrals, and cold calls
  • Manage the execution of sales opportunities (i.e. new account acquisition)
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting
Requirements:
