Working with various levels within the organization, the Senior Human Resources Generalist, provides HR consultation and guidance to leadership and management teams inclusive of: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee exits, employee relations, learning and development and compensation and benefits. The Senior Human Resources Generalist works to resolve complex employee and organizational challenges. The role also identifies opportunities to improve processes and actively participates, or sometimes leads, project initiatives.
