Job Title: FP&A Team Leader

We are currently recruiting a FP&A Team Leader to join our Financial Planning & Analysis Team (FP&A). The FP&A Team Leader's primary activities will include:
• Manage activities of analyst team and review the analysis and findings
• Partner with business stakeholders on the utilization of performance management technologies
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide focus to FP&A activities
• People development and resource management

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Manage forecasting., budgeting, management reporting and decision support activities, analyses and findings performed by analyst team
• Develop and articulate key findings from analysis and reporting activities to business leadership
• Define financial objectives for the business(es) access risks and opportunities against those objectives
• Performing ongoing assessment of the internal and external business environments
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders
• Enhance the business with supporting performance management technologies which would include business process support/change; application changes and management;
• Provide support for the business in the use of performance management technologies on a day-to-day perspective;
• Pro-actively provide direction and advice to the business and management on enhancing the utilization of performance management technologies within the company;
• Provide oversight and ownership of execution of projects within the performance management solutions suite;
• Provide support for the business during key business cycles utilizing performance management technologies
• Provide regular supervision and feedback to financial analysts

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting with professional designation (e.g. CA. CMA, CGA, CPA, MBA, P.Eng)
• 8 years of relevant experience with strong industry knowledge
• 2+ years management experience,
• 2+ years of experience in performance management technology solutions
